Dear LingKong AI user, welcome to using LingKong AI products and

related services!

Please be aware that some products and services on this platform are

generated by artificial intelligence models. We strongly require and

recommend that you:

• Do NOT use LingKong AI technology to infringe others' legal rights

Do not use AI technology to spread illegal content, defame others,

infringe privacy, infringe intellectual property, or distribute

illegal information. You bear all consequences of such actions.

• Use AI-generated content reasonably

Please comply with relevant laws and regulations, use AI-generated

content reasonably, and do not use it for illegal purposes.

Please read this Agreement carefully. By clicking or using LingKong AI

products and related services, you indicate that you have agreed to

this Agreement.

I. Introduction

1.1 The "LingKong AI User Service Agreement" (hereinafter "this

Agreement") is an agreement between Xiamen Hai Yu Hai Technology

Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "we" or "LingKong AI") and you regarding

your access, registration, login, and use of LingKong AI products

and services.

1.2 All other related agreements, activity rules, announcements, and

explanations published or to be published by us regarding

LingKong AI (collectively "Platform Rules") are inseparable parts

of this Agreement with the same legal effect.

1.3 Before using LingKong AI, please carefully read and fully

understand this Agreement. If you have any questions, do not

proceed. By using LingKong AI services, you indicate your

agreement to this Agreement.

1.4 If you are under 18 or otherwise without full civil capacity,

please read this Agreement under the guidance of your guardian

and use our services with their consent.

1.5 In particular, without the explicit consent of the guardian,

please do not use LingKong AI's credit recharge and consumption

services.

1.6 For any questions, opinions, or suggestions regarding this

Agreement, you can contact us through "Online Customer Service"

on the LingKong AI website or via customer service email.

II. Scope of Application

2.1 This Agreement applies to the features and services provided

when you access and use the LingKong AI website platform.

2.2 We reserve the right to modify and update this Agreement and

related Platform Rules based on changes in national laws or

business development needs. Any changes will be announced via

website notice or other reasonable means.

2.3 When using third-party products/services on our platform, you

must comply with both this Agreement and the third party's

III. Service Introduction

3.1 Service Content

LingKong AI is a platform that provides AI-generated content services

based on artificial intelligence model technology, including:

(1) AI Video Creation

- One-click video creation: Upload product images; AI auto-generates

marketing video scripts and produces videos

- Viral video replication: Upload reference videos; AI analyzes

and rapidly replicates

- Video quality enhancement: AI enhances video clarity

(720P upgraded to 1080P)

(2) AI Image Creation

- AI image generation: Generate high-quality commercial images

through text descriptions

- Image translation: Intelligent recognition of text in images

and translation to generate new images

- Image analysis: AI analyzes images to generate detailed

descriptions and prompts

(3) Other Services

- Personal Center: Account management, credit recharge, credit

transaction queries

- Creation Records: View, manage, and download your AI creations

- Template Recommendations: Inspiration recommendations for

rapid creation

(4) Third-Party Platform Integration Services

LingKong AI supports connecting your account with third-party

platforms such as TikTok and TikTok Shop. After connection, you

can:

- Authorize publishing of AI-generated videos directly to your

TikTok account

- (TikTok Shop seller/creator) Publish product-tagged shoppable

videos

You understand and agree:

- Third-party platform connections require your active

authorization and can be revoked at any time

- Your behavior on third-party platforms must comply with that

platform's terms of service (such as TikTok Community Guidelines,

TikTok Shop Seller Center Terms)

- LingKong AI is solely a technical service provider and is not

responsible for the availability of third-party platform services

or policy changes

3.2 Service Format

You may use this service by accessing the LingKong AI website. We

grant you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to

use this service solely for accessing or using the service.

3.3 Service Scope

3.3.1 You may use, display, and run this product on a single terminal

device. Without our prior written authorization, you may not

engage in commercial copying, distribution, sales, or other

commercial activities.

3.3.2 Without our prior explicit written authorization, you may not

use LingKong AI in any unauthorized form, including but not

limited to adaptation, copying, dissemination, crawling,

mirroring, etc.

3.4 Service Changes

3.4.1 To improve user experience, we will continuously develop new

services and provide service updates.

3.4.2 To ensure service security and stability, we may also update

services or change/limit some service functions.

IV. User Account and Usage

4.1 You confirm that before registering for LingKong AI services,

you have the civil capacity prescribed by the laws of the

People's Republic of China.

4.2 Registration and Login

4.2.1 You can complete LingKong AI account registration by providing

a mobile number and completing dynamic verification.

4.2.2 Upon completing the registration process, you obtain a

LingKong AI account and become a LingKong AI user.

4.3 You are responsible for safekeeping your LingKong AI account

information and password. Do not disclose account or password

information to others. If you suspect account compromise, notify

us immediately.

4.4 LingKong AI account ownership belongs to us. You may not lend,

rent, gift, transfer, sell, or otherwise license others to use

your account.

4.5 Account information you set must not violate national laws,

regulations, or LingKong AI service-related rules.

4.6 To use some or all LingKong AI service functions, we may require

you to provide real identity information (such as mobile number)

and complete real-name verification.

4.7 Account Cancellation

You can cancel your account through our online cancellation method

or official communication channels.

V. Personal Information Protection and Information Legality Commitment

5.1 We highly value the protection of user personal information. By

using LingKong AI services, you agree to our collection, storage,

use, disclosure, and protection of your personal information in

accordance with the published LingKong AI Privacy Policy.

5.2 You promise and guarantee that information you upload, use,

publish, or process on LingKong AI will not infringe any third

party's rights (including portrait rights, copyright, patent

rights, trademark rights, reputation rights, honor rights,

property rights, personal information, confidential information,

etc.).

5.3 You must ensure your published information does not contain:

(1) Content prohibited by national laws and regulations

(2) Political propaganda, feudal superstition, obscenity,

pornography, gambling, violence, terror, or criminal

instigation

(3) Fraudulent, false, inaccurate, or misleading content

(4) Content infringing others' intellectual property or trade

secrets

(5) Content insulting, defaming, threatening, or violating

others' privacy

(6) Other content against social public interest or morality

VI. User Code of Conduct

6.1 You are responsible for your behavior using LingKong AI products

and services. Unless permitted by law or expressly authorized by

us, you may not:

6.1.1 Use unauthorized plugins, external programs, or third-party

tools to interfere with or modify LingKong AI services.

6.1.2 Engage in any activity using LingKong AI that harms computer

network security.

6.1.3 Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source

code of LingKong AI website.

6.1.4 Delete intellectual property information on LingKong AI website

or related content, or modify/delete/bypass any technical

measures set up to protect intellectual property.

6.1.5 Use LingKong AI account to participate in any illegal activities

or transactions.

6.2 Content Compliance

You may not use LingKong AI account or services to input, produce,

copy, publish, disseminate, upload, or output content that violates

laws, infringes others' rights, including but not limited to:

(1) Violating constitutional principles

(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets,

subverting state power

(3) Damaging national honor and interests

(4) Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination

(5) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order

(6) Disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence,

terror, or criminal instigation

(7) Insulting or defaming others

(8) Content infringing others' legal rights

(9) Content harming minors' legal rights

(10) Other content violating laws, regulations, or public morality

VII. Credit Services

7.1 Credits are virtual products issued by the LingKong AI platform.

You can use credits to purchase AI video generation, AI image

creation, image translation, and other services.

7.2 For detailed rules on credit purchase, use, and refund, please

refer to the "LingKong AI Purchase Agreement".

VIII. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the LingKong AI platform, including but not

limited to text, images, audio, video, software, programs, and

layout design, are intellectual property of us or relevant

rights holders.

8.2 The intellectual property of content you generate using

LingKong AI is handled as follows:

(1) Original materials independently created and uploaded by you

(text, images, etc.) retain your intellectual property

(2) After you pay the corresponding credits, you have the right to

use AI-generated content for legal commercial or personal purposes

(3) You may not use AI-generated content for illegal purposes or

infringe others' legal rights

IX. Disclaimer

9.1 We make no express or implied warranties regarding LingKong AI

services, including but not limited to availability, accuracy,

timeliness, security, errors, or omissions.

9.2 You understand and agree that AI-generated content may contain

errors, deviations, or unexpected situations. We are not

responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or applicability

of AI-generated content.

9.3 You bear your own risk when using AI-generated content. Any

disputes or losses arising from using AI-generated content are

your responsibility.

9.4 We are not responsible for service interruption or unavailability

due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural

disasters, government actions, legal changes, network failures,

etc.).

X. Service Changes, Interruption, or Termination

10.1 We may change, interrupt, or terminate some or all services

based on actual circumstances, and will notify you in advance

via website announcement, in-site messages, or email.

10.2 If we permanently cease operating LingKong AI services, we will

announce 30 days in advance and properly handle users'

remaining credits.

XI. Breach of Contract

11.1 If you violate any provision of this Agreement, we have the

right to take the following measures:

(1) Warning, restricting feature use

(2) Freezing or deducting account credits

(3) Suspending or terminating service provision

(4) Cancelling account

(5) Pursuing legal liability and demanding compensation

11.2 If your violation of this Agreement causes losses to us or third

parties, you bear full compensation liability.

XII. Dispute Resolution

12.1 The conclusion, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution

of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the People's

Republic of China.

12.2 If disputes arise regarding this Agreement, the parties should

resolve them through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails,

either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court in our

location.

XIII. Other

13.1 This Agreement becomes effective from your agreement, and

remains in effect during your use of LingKong AI services

unless otherwise agreed by both parties or required by law.

13.2 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or

unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted within the

maximum extent permitted by law to achieve its purpose, with

the remaining provisions remaining in effect.

13.3 We reserve the final right of interpretation of this Agreement

within the scope permitted by law.
