our website (https://www.lingkongai.com). The "user" or "you" in this

Policy specifically refers to users of LingKong AI services.

This Policy does not apply to other services provided by third parties.

authorize us to collect and use necessary information.

(1) Account Registration and Management

1. Basic User Services: To create your account, you need to provide

at least your mobile number and password/SMS verification code.

2. Identity Verification: To meet legal requirements and ensure user

verification when you use specific features.

(2) Providing LingKong AI Services

When you log in and use LingKong AI services, you can input text,

upload images, upload videos, etc. We will collect your operation

records to implement product functions.

1. AI Video Creation Services

- One-click video creation: You upload product images and input

descriptive text; we collect this information to generate

AI video scripts and content

- Viral video replication: You upload reference videos; we collect

video information for AI analysis and new video generation

- Video quality enhancement: You upload videos; we collect video

information for AI quality enhancement

2. AI Image Creation Services

- AI image generation: You input text descriptions; we collect

this text for AI image generation

- Image translation: You upload images; we collect image data

for AI text recognition and translation

- Image analysis: You upload images; we collect image data for

AI-generated descriptions and prompts

(3) Credit Purchase and Consumption

When you purchase or consume credits, we collect your payment

information (provided by third-party payment platforms; we do not

directly obtain sensitive payment information such as bank card

numbers or passwords) to complete transactions and record

consumption details.

(4) Notifications and Communications

We may send you business notifications (activities, products and

services, identity verification, security verification) via SMS or

push notifications using the mobile number or contact address you

(5) Customer Service and Dispute Resolution

providers and data analytics providers, who may use de-identified

3. AI Model Services: Some functions of LingKong AI may use technical

support from third-party AI model providers (such as OpenAI,

Google Gemini, Alibaba Qwen, ByteDance Seedance). We ensure

partners strictly comply with data security requirements.

4. TikTok Platform Integration: When you authorize LingKong AI to

connect with your TikTok account, we will interact with TikTok

under TikTok's official API and developer terms. See Section VI

for details.

(3) Transfer

If we need to transfer personal information due to merger, division,

dissolution, or bankruptcy, we will notify you of the recipient's name

and contact information. The recipient will continue to fulfill the

obligations of this Policy.

(4) Public Disclosure

We only publicly disclose your personal information when:

1. Based on your active choice and separate consent

2. To protect the personal and property safety of LingKong AI users

or the public, or when you violate laws or LingKong AI agreements

(5) Service Termination

If we cease operating our products/services, we will promptly stop

collecting your personal information and notify you. We will delete

or anonymize personal information related to the discontinued service.

IV. Your Rights

(1) Query and Modification: You can query and modify your account

information through "Personal Center" on LingKong AI website.

(2) Password Change: You can change your password in

"Personal Center - Account Settings".

(3) Deletion: You can contact us through the contact methods disclosed

in this Policy to delete part of your information or apply for

account cancellation to delete all information.

(4) Account Cancellation: You can contact us through the contact methods

disclosed in this Policy to apply for account cancellation. After

cancellation, we will stop providing services and delete or

anonymize your personal information as required by applicable law.

(5) Response Time: We will respond to your requests within 15 days.

V. Information Storage

(1) Storage Period: We only retain your personal information for the

period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy,

unless required by law to retain longer. After the retention

period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.

(2) Storage Location:

- Personal information of users in mainland China collected within

China is stored on domestic servers in accordance with applicable

laws.

- Information related to TikTok integration (access tokens, OAuth

credentials, related metadata) is stored on overseas AWS nodes

(Singapore / US East) to comply with TikTok's data residency

requirements.

(3) Storage Security:

1. We adopt industry-standard security measures including AES-256

encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.

2. We have established a data security management system covering

organization, policy, personnel, and technology.

3. In case of a personal information security incident, we will

notify you of the basic situation, possible impacts, measures

taken, and your protective recommendations via SMS, email,

push notifications, or public announcements.

VI. TikTok Platform Integration

When you choose to connect LingKong AI with your TikTok account or

TikTok Shop seller/creator identity, the following terms apply:

(1) Data We Receive from TikTok

Through TikTok's official OAuth 2.0 authorization, we receive:

- Basic profile: TikTok open_id, username, avatar, display name

- Authorization credentials: access_token and refresh_token (both

encrypted at rest with AES-256)

- (TikTok Shop only) shop_id, shop_cipher, shop region

- (Affiliate Creator only) creator_id, creator region,

showcase product list

(2) Data We Send to TikTok

After you explicitly click the "Publish" button, we submit via

TikTok's official API:

- The video file you generated within LingKong AI

- The caption, hashtags, and description you edited

- The product IDs you selected to attach (Shoppable Video only)

- The privacy level and commercial disclosure settings you chose

(3) Scope of Data Usage

The above data is ONLY used to:

- Display your connected TikTok account inside LingKong AI

- Publish videos to your own TikTok account upon your explicit action

- (Shoppable Video) Attach the products you selected to the video

We WILL NEVER:

- Read, modify, or delete existing videos on your TikTok account

- Publish anything to your TikTok account without your explicit

"Publish" click

- Sell, rent, or transfer your TikTok data to any third party

- Use your TikTok data for any purpose other than those stated above

(4) Data Retention and Deletion

- access_token: retained up to 90 days since last refresh, then

auto-expires

- refresh_token: retained while connection is active

- You may disconnect TikTok anytime via

"Account Settings → Connected Apps"

- Upon disconnection, all related TikTok credentials are deleted

within 24 hours

- You may also revoke our access via TikTok's "Authorized Apps"

page directly

(5) Data Storage Location

- All TikTok integration credentials and metadata are stored on

AWS overseas nodes (Singapore / US East)

- All API communications with TikTok use TLS 1.3 encryption

(6) Third-Party Sharing

We do not share any data obtained from TikTok with any third party

except:

- When required by applicable law

- When you have explicitly and separately consented

(7) Compliance Commitment

We commit to complying with TikTok Developer Terms of Service,

TikTok Branding Guidelines, TikTok Shop Open Platform Terms, and

all applicable data protection regulations including GDPR, CCPA,

and PIPL.

VII. Policy Updates

To provide better products and services, we continuously improve our

products and technologies. When service or business processes change,

we may update this Privacy Policy. Without your explicit consent, we

will not limit the rights you enjoy under this Policy. For material

changes, we will provide more prominent notice (SMS, email, or in-app

pop-ups).

VIII. Minor Protection

In LingKong AI services, we presume you have full civil capacity. If

you are a minor, please ask your parents or guardians to read this

Policy carefully and provide consent before using our services.

We do not actively collect personal information from minors under 14.

If we discover such information has been collected without verifiable

parental consent, we will promptly delete it.

Personal Information: Various information related to identified or

identifiable natural persons recorded electronically or otherwise,

excluding anonymized information.

Sensitive Personal Information: Personal information that, once leaked

or illegally used, may easily harm the personal dignity or personal

safety of natural persons, including biometric, religious, specific

identity, medical, financial, location, and personal information of

minors under 14.

Device Information: Device type, model, OS version, hardware info,

IP address, network type, browser version, User-Agent, screen

resolution, etc.

Service Log Information: Browsing records, click records, IP addresses,

browser types, languages, access dates and times.

De-identification: The process by which personal information is

processed so that specific natural persons cannot be identified

without additional information.

Anonymization: The process by which personal information is processed

so that specific natural persons cannot be identified and cannot be

restored.
